Wrapping Your Car For A Sporting Event

When you choose Auto Super Shield to wrap your car for sports games, you’ll be completely encasing your vehicle in color pictures or visual imagery. With this process, you can advertise your business and gain new customers while supporting your brand.

The Samsung Company recently ordered vehicle wrapping for several of their tour vehicles as the buses were accompanying the Olympic Torch runners on their journey to start the games. Wrapping cars for sporting events is a subtle way for businesses, such as yours, to gain notice. In addition to wrapping vehicles for the Torch relay, Samsung needed a vehicle to sponsor the Chelsea Football Club since they were celebrating their FA Cup victory. You can have your vehicle wrapped for large events such as these.

Our company, Auto Super Shield, can professionally wrap your car for sports games where it will receive plenty of attention from your potential clients.

With today’s technological advancements, car wrapping is a safe, economical way to expertly advertise your business. Wrapping materials include vinyl, which we will install over your vehicle’s exterior without causing bubbling or folding. Current methods include microscopic beads that stop the vinyl from attaching to your vehicle until experts squeeze the product down.

Our service professionals can place wrapping over all vehicle types, and we will make sure that your business advertisement is clear and easy for your potential customers to read. When you contact us at Auto Super Shield, you can feel confident that we will brand your business design properly. If your company trademark is a one-dimensional design, then we will work with you to shift your logo to a style that will work on a three-dimensional automobile.

With Auto Super Shield, you’ll know that your vehicle is safe as we will prepare your automobile correctly. For example, our staff will clean your car thoroughly. We know that dirt should not be left in the grooves or outlines of your vehicle and will take steps to remove all debris.

When you select a company to wrap your car, you’ll want a business that will take care of every element of your car. For instance, our company will remove your vehicle’s headlamps and emblems to wrap your car completely. If you need your automobile to advertise for your business right away, then we will work fast to get the job done for you quickly. Exterior wrapping will also protect your automobile’s paint.

Wrapping cars for sporting events will enclose your car in a protective shell. When you contact Auto Super Shield for your vehicle’s new exterior advertisement, one of our service professionals will make sure that your car is covered in a vehicle wrap that you’ll love.

Performance Upgrades for your Sports Car

When you decide to purchase a sports car, the key factors that appeal to people are the look of the car and the performance. While performance can be an important thing, often times what gets the most attention is the overall look of the vehicle.

Ferrari Enzo SuperCharged

Ferrari Enzo SuperCharged

A sports car that doesn’t look good but runs well may not be appealing to you. For many, however, purchasing a car that looks good but that lacks performance is not typically a problem thanks to the many ways you can do a performance upgrade for your sports car.

If you’re looking for a performance upgrade for your sports car, there are a few approaches that you might want to take. The first approach is to start small. What I would do is look at things such as the air intake manifold, the exhaust system or even something such as the ECU or engine control unit chip as a way to improve the performance of the sports car.

These upgrades not only boost the power of your vehicle, but in many ways they can actually improve the efficiency and the gas mileage of your vehicle as well. Now, if you choose air intake units and exhaust systems that significantly increase the horsepower, you will likely notice a decrease in gas mileage. Smaller changes, however, tend to improve power but also improve efficiency.

If I was looking for a major improvement in the performance of my sports car, some considerations might be a turbocharger or a supercharger for the motor to significantly increase the horsepower of the engine. It is important, however, to remember that when you begin to make significant changes to the horsepower of the vehicle, you may need to consider other aspects of the vehicle’s power train as well.

For example, an increase in horsepower may not necessarily do a lot for increasing the speed of the vehicle unless there is a change in the transmission. Different gear ratios can help you to maximize the use of the new found horsepower.

The problem that this presents is that adding on a turbocharger or a supercharger to an existing engine is expensive enough. When you consider having to change out the vehicle’s transmission for something that is built for better performance, then you’re looking at a very expensive upgrade.

The good thing about upgrading the performance of your sports car is that you can get very noticeable results without spending a great deal of money. Simple upgrades, as well as upgrades in the vehicle’s tires, braking system and more performance minded spark plugs and fluids can make a significant difference in your vehicle’s performance without spending a small fortune. You can spend as much as you like, but if you don’t have a large budget, you can still get better performance out of your sports car.

The combination of performance with great looks (which can be protected with services that Auto SuperShield offers) and you’ll have the sports car of your dreams.

Caring for your Sports Car (Part II)

When it comes to caring for your sports car, there are many factors coming into play. Whether you are taking care of a European vs. Japanese Sportscar or a Japanese vs. American sportscar, the steps generally are the same. You need to perform car care items, then fill the gas and stabilize, raise the car on jacks and lower air pressure, seal the openings to keep out critters and then protect the battery.

Ferrari 458 Italia at Auto SuperShield in Boca Raton

When it comes to getting your car ready to be stored, the very first thing you need to do is make sure all the car care is taken care of very first. This means changing the oil and filters, injecting all new grease into the grease fillings and spray dry Teflon in all the doors and other openings. After you have done all of this, you will be able to move on to step two.

Next up, you will need to fill the gas and stabilize. This means draining all of the fluid from the car so that you can fill up with new gas and then poor the recommended amount of fuel stabilizer in. This will help you to stop gum and varnish build up, which could be devastating to a sports car. This is a very important part of the process.

The next thing to do is raise your car on jacks and then lower the air pressure in the tire. This is also a very important step, as it will help maintain the integrity of your tires over time. Make sure to do this after step two.

Moving forward, you will need to seal up the openings in the car to cut down on critters. This means you will need to load some steal wool pads into a plastic bag and then stick them into your tailpipe. This makes sure no unwanted animals find their way into the car. Make sure to put some bright colored ribbons on the bag, as it will help you to remember to take them out next time you use the car. No one wants to start up their vehicle with those still in the tailpipe. It can and most likely will cause some very expensive damage.

Lastly, you will need to make sure your battery maintains over the winter. Do this by connecting a battery maintainer to your battery and then selecting the battery type. Press start and then you are good to go. This will make sure your battery does not freeze over the long winter.

After all of this is done, you can put your tarp over the vehicle and leave it for winter. With all these steps taken care of, you can rest assured you sports car will be ready for action next spring.

Amateur Sports Car Racing

If you are a sports car enthusiast, you may be looking to get into the fun world of amateur racing. This could be a great way to spend some free time while possibly making some money. If you are good enough you may be able to turn your amateur obsession into a professional career. You need to keep in mind amateur car racing 101 and learn the ways of getting into sports car racing to become a great racer.

SCCA Time Trials

SCCA Time Trials

When it comes to sports car racing, you first must learn all the basics as it pertains to racing your car. There are many rules that are enforced for amateur racing, but the single most important is the no passenger rule. This is incredibly important as sports car racing can become very dangerous. You do not want something as devastating as a crash compounded by the injury, or even death, of the person you stupidly decided to bring along. Do not make a risk like that as it will always come back to bite you. Another no brainer, but one that must be enforced, is the no hands outside of the car at anytime. This is important, because an accident can happen in the blink of an eye, and you do not want to lose a limb because you wanted to look cool while you raced. It is important to keep your priorities straight while you race not to make bone headed mistakes. They will always come back to haunt you. Lastly, another safety precaution to take while driving is to make sure your car is running correctly. Cars obviously go fast on the tracks and a deadly crash can take place if your car malfunctions and begins going slowly. If your car starts to malfunction, get off the track as soon as possible and tend to the problem. If you have learned anything from these rules, it is that safety is the name of the game while racing.

When it comes to ways to get into amateur racing, you first must get the proper permits. These can be costly but are important to make sure everyone is accountable for their racing. And, if you really do want to make a run towards a professional career in this, they are just a speed bump on your way to the fast track. Make sure to get that all taken car of before you decide to get on the track. It is very important.

When it comes to amateur sports car racing, the two most important things to take care of before getting on the road is knowing the rules and things you need to do to get on the road. Take care of them and you will be good to go.

Caring for your Sportscar

Porsche 911 GT3

Whether you own a brand-new sports car, a classic sports car or your sports car is somewhere in between, you will likely understand the necessity as well as the desire for providing your sports car with the proper care that an investment like this requires. Caring for your sportscar can be a multifaceted job that will cover a great many aspects of a sports car. However, taking care of your sportscar can be broken down into two main categories.

The first part of taking care of your sportscar is the inner workings or the “guts” of the vehicle, as they are sometimes referred to. While the clean lines and glossy paint job of a sports car can certainly enhance the look of the vehicle, these features are not what makes the vehicle run. That’s why you should consider caring for the engine and transmission of your sports car.

Perhaps one of the best things to do when caring for your sportscar is to follow proper maintenance of the power train. Regular fluid changes such as engine oil or transmission fluid and related filters should be done at recommended intervals.

In addition, complementary fluid such as brake fluid, power steering fluid and engine coolant should always be at capacity and should be changed periodically to ensure that it’s offering the protection and function it should. With something as simple as regular preventative maintenance, you can avoid costly breakdowns and extend the life of your sports car significantly.

The other aspect of caring for your sports car is how it looks on the inside and out. Tending to the finish and the condition of the interior of your vehicle is important for extending the life and look of your sports car.

Not only is regular washing, vacuuming and cleaning of the interior and exterior of the vehicle important, but protective sealants and coverings such as vinyl and leather protectant and waxing of the paint finish are ways to ensure that your vehicle looks as good as it possibly can. This also ensures that the finishes, whether they’re paint, vinyl, leather, cloth or any other type of material, are protected from the harsh outdoor elements that they will be some subjected to on a regular basis.

Lastly, you want to ensure that your sports car receives repairs as needed. If your vehicle is leaking fluids or overheating, ignoring the problem can make for even more significant problems down the road. When your sports car needs to be repaired, have it done as quickly as possible.

When taking care of the interior or the exterior of your sports car, you want to ensure that you use the best products as well. For example, to ensure that you protect the finish of your vehicle, you want to use Auto Super Shield. For the motor, you always want to use manufactured parts. These small details will ensure that your vehicle lasts as long as possible.

Millions of people all over North America choose to have their cars repainted in any given year, but the vast majority of them pass on the chance to make any improvements or additions to the interior. If you are serious about your automobile and preserving its utmost levels of value and style, you owe it to yourself to continue the renovation to the inside. Modifying the interior of your car is a concept that can be intimidating to the average owner, but if you put your prized possession in the hands of true professionals, you’ll certainly be satisfied with the results. Here are just a few reasons why you should modify the interior of your car immediately after painting the outside.

Confidence/Consistency

When the outside of your car looks good, you typically feel better about showing it off on the roads and highways of your region. Similarly, if your car looks and feel good in the inside, you’ll be entirely comfortable with having folks hop in for a ride. A beautiful outside often draws attention, especially that of the opposite sex, but if you are not comfortable inviting an admirer inside of your ride then the whole effort that went into painting the outside seems a bit pointless. When the interior of your car is every bit as dialed in as the exterior, people will know that you are a person that takes good care of things.

Comfort

Reupholstering your car or accessorizing your cars interior will not only immediately change the way it looks, it will also drastically change the way it feels. New upholstery and accessories can maintain their factory fresh appearance if they are taken care of properly, which means that your ride will look new as long as you are willing to put in the time. Perfect stitching and tight seams will be seen and felt by those that enter your vehicle, and the smell of new leather is something to behold.

Resale Value

Obviously, the more money and time you put into your car, the more you will be able to get out of it when it comes time to part with it. Investing in worthwhile causes such as accessorizing the interior of your car will let prospective buyers know that you are a seller that can be trusted. Folks are sometimes hesitant to pull the trigger on an interior remodel of their car because of the initial up-front costs, but it is important to understand that a large portion of every dollar you put into an interior renovation will end up back in your pocket if you choose to sell the vehicle. An excellent way to preserve the look and value of your car is to equip your ride with the one-and-only Auto Super Shield.

Profile of Race Car Driver Tony Stewart

Born in 1971 in Columbus, Indiana, Tony Stewart grew up racing go-karts. He was recognized as being a talented racer at a young age, and his talents culminated in his first-place World Karting Association finish at sixteen years old. After his championship, Stewart moved to the United Midget Racing Association where he competed until 1991. Moving to the United States Auto Club circuit that year, he would go on to win rookie of the year honors. After a fifth-place finish in 1993, he was crowned the 1994 National Midget series champion. The following year, Stewart would become the first driver to win all three of the USAC’s main divisions.Tony Stewart | Race car driver

In a preview to his future field of competition, Stewart ran a handful of races in NASCAR’s Busch and Craftsman Truck series that marked his debut in professional stock car racing. Though he found minimal success in these early outings, they helped fuel his desire to become a stock car racer.

Despite a string of races where he failed to finish, Stewart won the 1997 Indy Racing League championship in just his second season of top-class open wheel racing. The following year, Stewart would endure one of the most intense racing seasons in history by racing a full schedule in IRL and twenty-two races in the Busch series. Despite his prolific racing schedule, he still managed to finish third in IRL and notched five top-five finishing in the Busch series.

Stewart’s performance and passion impressed his team owner, Joe Gibbs. Gibbs hired Stewart to run a full series of Winston Cup races the following year, which led to Stewart’s departure from full-time IRL racing. His team owner’s confidence was swiftly rewarded; Stewart finished the season with a bevy of top-five performances, a rookie record of three victories at Richmond, Phoenix and Homestead, and a rookie record fourth-place finish in the final point standing. Many regard Stewart’s season as the best rookie season in NASCAR history.

Stewart’s 2002 season started poorly, and he was in seventh place at the season’s midpoint. However, Stewart went on a hot streak during the last third of the season and earned enough points to win his first NASCAR Winston Cup championship, defeating Mark Martin by a narrow margin.

Three years later, Stewart had his best performance in the newly renamed Nextel Cup series, and would go on to become NASCAR’s youngest driver to win multiple championships. He would earn another championship in the 2011 season, winning a tiebreaker over Carl Edwards by winning the final race of the season. The achievement marked what many consider to be the most exciting conclusion to a NASCAR season.

Due to his passion and championships in multiple racing circuits, Tony Stewart has perhaps the most impressive racecar driver profile in recent years. At only forty-one years old, Stewart has time left to challenge the all-time leaders for NASCAR championship trophies.

Sharing Your Passion by Attending Car Shows

No matter what type of car you love, there’s a car show for it. Whether you like the rumble of a classic muscle car, or you prefer the sleek lines of a modern sports car, you can find a show that appeals to you. Some of the hottest car shows in the world are right here in the United States.

Attending car shows is an activity suitable for the whole family. The next time that you hit one of these shows, spend some time looking at the people around you. You might see dads introducing their sons to their first car show, little girls who dream about one day designing cars and thousands of other types of people. Car shows have a way of bringing together people of different ages, cultures and even backgrounds and income levels.

Cavallino Classic Ferrari Event

2012 Cavallino Classic Ferrari Event

Car shows typically come in two different types. The first type usually involves classic cars, and some people refer to these shows as street fairs or cruise ins. The shows take place in small neighborhoods and communities where the cities close off several streets for the event. People can simply drive up and park their cars. Some of these shows charge a small entrance fee because the organizers award prizes for the best cars. You can spend hours wandering up and down the street, talking to car owners, checking out the vehicles and even sitting inside some of the cars.

If you prefer newer vehicles, you might want to check out sports car shows. We actually prefer these shows because the events feature brand new cars right off the showroom floor. We’ve even seen a few shows with prototype and model vehicles unavailable. The only other place that you can see these cars is online, and even the Internet doesn’t have photographs of all the cars available. The new Chevrolet Camaro and Dodge Charger lines started life as prototype vehicles. As soon as we saw these cars at some of the previous shows we attended, we knew that the vehicles would make it onto car lots. The hum of excitement that surrounded the cars continued long after the show ended.

The great thing about attending sports car shows is that you can often find new products that you never used before. We learned about Auto Super Shield at one of these cars shows, and we quickly learned that this is a product that no car owner can live without. The transparent paint protection film gives your car a nice glossy shine that also protects the paint. The window films and graphic films work equally well, and the company even offers products designed for racecars. You just never know what you might find when you visit one of the top car shows in the country.
